What would Seth do?

After a long “I really should do that” period, I finally looked up the number of my heating repair company, and called them to do a checkup of my heating at home. They answered the phone. And then they told me: “You have to call back between 8 and 12, we only do planning then”.
How difficult is it to pick up the calender thingy they use, and ask me when would be convenient?
I probably will call them back, but it still is a lost sale. And they were SO close! What would Seth thing of this…
